1. preheat the saucepan
2. stir in a spoon of butter spread
3. mix the rest of the ingredients together
4. stir fry for 3 minutes
yogurt gives the noodle a
creamy texture
which isn’t that bad after all
this is a pack of Udon
which I usually use as serving for two
but it was pretty hot-n-spicy
and I just can’t stop eating
so I finish’em all at one go
one of the reasons why
I would rather not to fry
no worries
the water soak does the job fine
