Low Carb X No Craps: Keep Away The Fats

been trying to be healthy

going on diet and stuffs

but I simply can’t

thanks to the “evil” friends I hang out with

 

I have been sharing this with Miss Atillah

3 days in the row

she will eat the chicken chop

while I finish the fries and beans

but of course in the process of

cutting and serving the chop

some went into my mouth also

 

this is crazy

actually she purposedly ordered this

because she knows

I would at least eat the side dishes

I can’t resist potato

 

and yesterday after the meal

a cup of sundae

with thick chocolate syrup

and today

I actually thought that I miss the taste

therefore going for the 2nd serving of ice cream

and it’s not even satisfying

I want more

I want more

 

and the thing is

she doesn’t eat any dinner

after the heavy meal

but I did

I still cook

remember the Yam Porridge two days ago

right here..

 

and yesterday dinner

sambal with shrimp noodle

so wickedly hot and spicy

and of course, high calories

 

today

supposed to go healthy

grocery shopping as a form of exercise

stocking up green veggies

and kick start my green days again

while I am going to be busy preparing for finals

 

yet guess what we had for dinner

 

my loots

more milk more yogurt

some veggies like

carrot, corn, bean sprout, bayam

the instant noodle is not mine

somebody said she misses Indo Mee all of the sudden

so that’s for her

thanks for making me to eat lunch all the time

all the high calories contribution

finally has been put into good use today

no longer for squandering during shopping

so happy for her

so happy for me
