One after Another X Both Online and In-Store: Damn, Shopping Issues

i don’t know what’s with

my luck these days that

i have been facing

a lot of issues with

online as well as in-store

shopping one after another

Refund Issue

Brand: adidas

Platform: official online store

Date of Order: 4 Aug

ordered 5 items and 3 arrived

they promised to refund for the undelivered

yet it took them forever

21 working days excluding holidays and weekends

well… i guess it has well passed that

sent emails and finally got

the official refund note

after one month later

Exchange Issue

Brand: Skechers

Platform: official store on 11 street

it was kinda huge for her feet

so i requested for exchange

email and request went unattended

so we sent the shoes back

but still didn’t hear from them

found under seller’s column

the fellow asked me to call his office

but in fact he is the one in charge

and he wasn’t even in

so i made 7 calls in a day

like he is away, he is in a meeting

he is away at the warehouse

and he promised to send like 3 days ago

i suppose i have to

call another 7 times to find out

Missing Item

22 days later and wth

one bracelet is missing

it costs 20+ USD 

have dropped them an email

and let’s see what they replied

Brand: Nike

Platform: in-store, Parkson

Date of Purchase: 26 Sep

bought a pair of Nike shorts

and an adidas shirt for my mom

as we happened to have 40 MYR

worth of cash voucher

paid 129 MYR in cash

upon voucher redemption

felt kinda weird and checked

they overcharged me

for the shorts that is

50% off simply because

the promoter forgot to

marked a cross at the

original price tag

similar issue happened

last month when i

bought Little Pony pajamas

for the kid at home

discounted price tag was

missing from the one i got

so i paid 59.90 MYR

instead of 25.00 MYR

Rebate Issue

Brand: Guardian / CIMB

Platform: in-store

they were having some

30% cash rebate for card users

but the rebate would only be

reflected in the account like

during the end of next month

upon purchase

but it turned out that

there wasn’t any rebate

and it was way too long

i don’t think

i even kept the receipt

well that gives me more reasons

to jump over to Watsons and

enjoy instant cash rebate

from their online store

i have no idea if

they just happened to

happen at the same time or

it’s a sign that

i should so totally stop shopping
