are ingredients which i was already planning to
compile as ingredients which are always
highly-recommended yet i am unfamiliar with
- quinoa
- buckwheat
- hempseed
- chia seed
- hummus
- Ezekiel bread
and also in this list
are ingredients which i heard of
for the very first time
- seitan
- quorn
ingredient which is totally out of question
because i have nut allergy
- peanut butter
ingredients which
i don’t really enjoy their tastes
- spirulina
- rice
- soy bean
so what else i am left with to
substantiate my protein intake?
