Potato croqutte
(1) mash potato, by boiling it
(2) stir in cheese while it's hot
(3) seasoning as desired
(4) stir in one egg York
(5) roll it over bread crumb (cereal maybe)
(6) brush a layer of butter or substitute
(7) re-roll in crumb for fuller coating
(8) airfry for 180c, 5mins
