turmeric flavoured & coloured
Taiwanese dried noodle
with a really really yellowish shade
which my mom tried to get rid of
that’s rare
something which even
my mom gave up due to the
really really strong turmeric flavour
so the only way to
cook it right is to
curry-fy it because
turmeric is part and parcel of curry
so it blends in well and
doesn’t taste that bad, really
all I did was to scoop in
a spoonful of chili paste
the taste and colour are
of satisfaction
I think this food blog is
destined to fail because
all I ever use is ready made paste
