I somehow trying to reduce
the intake of potato
from daily consumption to
once a week
and the substitute is
sweet potato
which contains more nutrient
vitamin B, C, D, iron, mag etc
and it's less starchy
moreover higher in fibre
which make it a perfect treat for
weight loss
Spending 1 hour to prepare a side dish
that's real crazy
but I don't have any main dish anyway
and it's a Friday
so...
