Stephelle’s Kitchen: 3-Steps Mashed Potato



(i) steam the potato and mash it with a fork

(ii) boil the finely-cubed veggies

(iii) mix them up and pour milk accordingly

(optional) condiments: salt, pepper etc


the key to a mashed texture is

the type of potato being use

Russet Potato being the best
