Stephelle’s Kitchen: The Milky Way

cream of mushroom soup

 

another way to make creamier soup

without blender, without heavy cream & butter is to

substitute the water with milk (low fat)

 

being the base of the soup, yet

milk should be the last ingredient to be

poured into the pot

 

because you do not want the milk to

evaporate, just like that 

lolz, evaporated milk..

oopps sorry

 

feel so good to be

sipping the foam away

 

milky soup is actually way more filling

two days in a row I have not been hunting for

after-lunch-weekend-munching-snacks

so full and a little bit sleepy

 

but it’s time back to work!

on a Sunny Sunday afternoon…

roooarrrghhh!
