decided to assemble a set on my own
the fun thing about D-I-Y
is the process of mix and match
and the pending excitement whether
it will actually work
three individual items:
- the butterfly fondue rack
- the blue fondue pot
- the mini tray
the mini tray
initially thought is that
it fits the “fondue pot” as a cover
but at the same time
it can serve as a topping tray
rainbow rice, chocolate rice etc
and also as the tea light candle stand
to protect the table top and the flame
wait the minute
that’s its initial function right, in the first place
my knowledge in aroma therapy is
practically zero indeed
so even if this bound to fail
they make a not-too-bad décor set right
melted 2 “columns” of
Lindt 70% cocoa
did not really take that long after all
no pre-heating is required
in other words,
woohoo
my homemade fondue set does actually work
somehow marshmallow is the first thing that
came into mind when I thought of making this
next time shall buy one of those
ceramic diffuser
and I can actually have duo flavours
double-dip fondue
and can experiment with savoury pot
cheese is a must
and as promised
treat the cheese-lover to her dosage of fat
and customized spicy one, perhaps
why not?
