Had a slow start in June
but it wasn’t that worrying
having seen the best and worst
in June

but suddenly got really busy
during 2nd half of the month
all the way until early July

got busier day by day
from working long hours in a day
to back to back for a few days
up to forgoing the weekend
totally

that was the toughest
like finally found a better
work-life balance post Covid
and suddenly forced to go back
to crazy schedules
*
even went for the ultimate booster
i.e. drinking Coke to stay awake
haven’t done that in the last 2 years
but keeping it to 250ml a day
*
and not missing the 20 min daily workout
no matter what time is it
*
attended the first indoor performance
in a proper theater
and totally something new
*
it was a piano recital
which wasn’t that
hard to follow after all
*
people were actually talking about
reviewing how close are you getting to
achieving New Year resolutions
and whether there is need to
add/ edit/ remove some
*
i never had any
mine is as simple as
a one week cycle which goes like
on Monday: just want to get through the day
on Thursday: just want to get through the week
on Saturday: can we just stay where we are
*
what i am trying to say
getting all the little things done
that would help in the long term?
