dined out many times too

so it was about time to
readjust to the right balance again

like how to eat healthier
when you dine out often
how to stick to the sort of abandoned
daily workout routine

how to get back to work mood
without feeling blue
after a long day out

so instead of procrastinating
actually experimented with this step known
“precrastinating”

i.e.
settle down at the work table
10-20 minutes before the time
i planned to start working

and slowly “waste” some time
for warm up
e.g. checking emails, preping files
or drinking coffee maybe for some

whatever is it
to get myself into the work mood
before starting the actual work
*
this exercise done throughout May
actually helped a lot
for finding the right pace
before the actual peak in June
