I reckoned it wasn't really a busy month
which was perfectly normal
even before 2020

Had time to bake
batches of biscotti, focaccia
and started experimenting with
recipes for Lunar New Year
like pork jerky!!

And also started my
Kimchi fermenting project
which was so much easier than baking
trust me
*
And had a couple of weekend outings
before another round of
movement control order
in mid January
*
Like how the workload was
perfectly manageable and
there was something to play with
*
I was probably busy
during certain days in Jan
but relatively not as busy
compared to the peak in
Nov and Dec last year
*
Starting a year
with zero travel plan
is something i'm getting used
and probably will continue on
for years to come
