Stephelle’s Kitchen: No Spice No Life

Stephelle’s Kitchen: London Edition

Chapter I: No Spice No Life

Chapter II: Life With a Glass Bottle

Chapter III: "Low-cost" London

Chapter IV: Italian Selection

how I survived the one month in London, given

  • the cold weather
  • spicy food is not widely available
  • even if it is, it would be quite expensive (how much? Scroll down…)

introducing,

in clockwise direction:

  • chicken curry paste
  • vegetarian curry paste (unopened)
  • prawn noodle paste (surprisingly good)
  • tomyam paste
  • hot and sour curry X 2 (1 unopened)
  • green curry X 2 (super hot, finished 1)
  • yellow curry (unopened)

spicy paste

cooked at least two-three serving of

spicy food, everyday

that includes breakfast

like 6 a.m. in the morning

here you are

it looks like the same thing everyday

no..

they are of different flavours

and different shapes of pasta too

prawn paste pastatomyam pastachicken curry pastaspicy pasta noodlegreen curry pasta

experienced around with the sauce and paste

this plus this and that

and this is actually the most addictive soup ever

pasta x tomyam paste soup

on those occasions

I was already quite full

yet can’t get enough of spiciness in my tummy

just the soup will do

and sometimes

I do a fusion meal

which would looks something like this

(Western flavours would be covered in another post)

spicy paste x pizza x stuffed potato

more importantly

the preparation time for these spicy lovely pasta

is less than 3 minutes

and all you need is a kettle

or maybe not, just some boiling hot water

stay tune

p.s.

wow

some of my paste (the Thai range)

is almost of the same price

before converting into Pounds, I mean

Brahim's paste in Tesco, UK
