just did mine in Kuala Lumpur recently,

*online submission will not be accepted if the applicant is not present at the center, therefore use method II instead.  That’s what travel agency does, I believe. 

*separate travel permit has to be applied in order to enter Tibet.  More information

mine is a single entry visa

it is valid for 3 months upon approval

and maximum period of stay is 30 days

once you are out of the building of the station

turn right and walk along the road

probably can’t miss the OSK plaza

since there is a huge sign on

top the building itself
