B’day Treat

my b’day’s eve, it’s a Monday

went out with sis and my niece

as always

whenever i am going out with them

i will end up being the baby-sitter

and shopping assistant

i enjoy more of the afternoon tea treat

rather than the shopping

happy b’day too, sis

however i collected this

spotted a denim vest at the mark-down area

sis was waiting outside

never even bothered to enter Roxy

in fact she is an anti-Roxy

*

Tuesday…

i never celebrate any b’day

on a large scale before

so it made no different to me

but just to give myself a valid excuse

to grab that denim vest

*

texted Cheryl,

she was around

and here we go

a mini b’day celebration

also a shopping spree in disguise

*

but i was having difficulties

picking the right clothes

all the extra pounds i have put on

after few weeks at home

no joke, baby

dresses which exposed the extra flesh

tight pants which refused to give in

were flung all over

and even t-shirts..

i felt that they are shrinking

so agitating…

*

b’day is not necessary your lucky day

running out of MPS

leaving the camera at home

and best of all

looking fat and horrible

but nothing beats the satisfaction of

owning the vest that i been looking for

*

1st stop at Roxy

the one and only vest left

with a S size label

luckily i still managed to button it up

*

Cheryl reminded me to think twice

since it looked a little tight

but i was super confident

that i will throw off some weight soon

because i can’t even fit in

some of the clothes from my own wardrobe

*

my weight is just like a business circle,

standing at the very trough now

so buying this vest will actually

act as a motivating booster for me to trim

*

Denim vest + floral tube

this white floral tube is lovely

should i grab it along?

but…

by thinking of all the other floral tops at home

that will look equally lovely with the vest

i managed to adhere to my shopping plan

told myself that i will only walk out of Roxy

with the denim vest but no other items

*

jump suit

just because Cheryl said it looked cute

but it costs almost rm 200

no way…

even with 50% mark down later

i also will have to think twice

apparently… it also looked tight

when we were paying

the cashier actually told us that

if we pay together

there was additional 20% off

so the denim vest + Cheryl’s bag

both cost less than rm 100

but my vest “outpriced” the bag by rm 4

should i thank this cashier

by not telling us earlier

that there’s additional discount

otherwise…

doubt if i will walk out with only 1 item

2nd stop at Dees

i liked this one piece dress

but this was the last one

with some imperfection at the side zip

so decided to forgo it

us at Branded outlet

Cheryl was trying out some jeans

then we crossed over to the Dees at Mp

this tube top looked chic

and what’s more important

it didn’t make me look fat

*

two weeks ago we saw this

Sue-yin quite fancy it

but didn’t try it

it was so wise of her

it was a failure on both of us…

looked more like a night dress

afterwards we saw similar dresses

in a few other stores

guess i am just not petite and elegant

with very comfortable material

using similar technique

i thought of the similar tube dresses back home

to prevent myself from bringing it back

i mean accidently…

frankly speaking…actually hor

i just wanna see that

my vest looked good with everything

even Cheryl borrowed it twice

in the fitting room

it looked good on her

we saw one in MNG

but not as nice as mine

wish her luck in grabbing her vest soon

since i am quite exhausted of long pants

since i have been looking for black skinny jeans

since i may need it if i manage to land on a part time job

ended up with this too

it’s under rm 50

not sure about “discolourization” yet…

after 5 hours of non-stop shopping

drop by Pizza Hut

there’s no more b’day special here

but we have had a decent meal

so paiseh that Cheryl had foot the bill

i was the one supposed to treat

finally i still felt that

i want to eat pizza

i will start my diet plan

right after this

after all it’s my bday today
