Clock Ticks X New Pick: Secured Airtics
was comparing this earlier this morning
AirAsia vs MAS
not too bad right
Malaysia Airlines is at least now
quite competitive in term of price
against Air Asia
and that price is inclusive of
meal(s?) and luggage allowance of 30kg
therefore well
not much difference between the both
around RM 100+ per pax
Should I?
but why would I buying service from
a bloody inefficient corporation?
not sure about now, it was indeed notorious
pro of taking MAS
more comfortable seats
though I am not quite sure how spacious AirAsia X is
compared to the usual AirAsia plane
and the touch down timing is better
AirAsia is touching down at Beijing at 0050
whereas MAS is at 0635
both are quite lousy
no check-in can be made before 2p.m. right
but at least 0635 is slightly better than 0050
to spend the night at airport
tick tock tick tock
following the price
you will never know how fast the price can rise
texted dad
apparently he was pretty much keen on the trip too
he preferred to move the date one day earlier
flying on Sundays to maximize the weekend break
okay that makes the choosing process easier
to fly on those Sundays selected
it’s actually cheaper to go by MAS
compared to AirAsia
you see
AirAsia’s price is rather tight
at times it’s rather difficult to get a perfect deal
between the depart vs return tic
on the other hand,
for MAS, price is stable throughout the month
and flying time is more flexible too
since there are two flights per day
passport details
I did not have them in hand right now
told dad I will do the booking then tomorrow
it turned out that
he is even more anxious than me
texted me the details immediately
and Beijing is one of the destinations on the
must-go-before-I-die list
at least once, probably
some holidays are planned
based on the airfare sales
based on travel mate’s suggestions
based on travelling trend
but Beijing has always been there on my list
it feels like going back home
trust me I was born there or was
residing there during
my previous life
flipping books, checking hotels, weathers
doing all necessary researches
way before air tickets are booked
finally can continue doing the researches
without that surreptitious look
security is
a pair of un-flown tickets
which gives me loads of motivation to go on

The Kid X Used to Read: Vintage Classic
Found these "crispy-golden" books
Which accompanied me
Through the days long before
iBook, Facebook & Lookbook
Paperback 1800's novels
Beautifully written language
And a lot of new vocabs to pick up
the English settings with
Elegant ladies with refined manners
Eloquent gentlemen with taste for
Clothes and fine wine
The storylines which did not flow as fast
Yet do not lose the elements of
Suspense, romance, evilness etc
Those were the days
when I was less decayed

Tour MisPresence X Weak Resistance: New & Balanced
was acting the tour guide
for Her Highness
a day trip around Melaka town
ended up in malls
due to the scotching weather
not that I am afraid of the sun
but Queen being the Queen
as the tour guide
it is my duty to give her the utmost comforts
to make her Melaka trip a pleasant one
was lurking around these
I kept them in view since last Dec
should I or shouldn’t?
but frankly speaking
they are a little too plain
except the New Balance logo
especially the one in blue huh
arrrgghhh… and it is like less than RM 100 per pair
the window display of Stylix
always like this design
particularly on certain days
they turned the fan on
and the clothes were practically
swinging to and fro
as if they are being hanged outdoor
Padini did it again, such awesome one
varsity locker!!
loots of the day

my mom gonna kill me
my Manager gonna tsk me
my sister gonna criticize me
but really,
I am willing to give up the Whites
because this is all it takes to be
a proper pair of sneakers, in my definition
lightweight, suede texture, not bulky looking
the perfect colour of navy blue and grey
with a tinge of baby blue
the extra pair of baby blue shoes lace is a bonus
the Whites I can keep them in view for months
meaning, I don’t really need them that much
but this pair of Navy Suede NBies
is way too much a temptation
that I know I gonna miss them terribly
if I have to keep them in view
even for one day
and hey
first buy from Stylix
both are quite tribal-ish
after back home
I started to have some serious doubts
about the shorts
never have I owned such a pair of printed shorts
99.9% of my pants are plain
dare me to pair both items together and
probably along with a fully plaited hair
soon
in progress
removing the sleeves away
done!!
crazy, why would you buy a top if
you have to modify it before you even remove the tag
already have a plan
for the disposed sleeves
would make a good mini tribal pocket
for this cropped top
but removing is always easy
adding on is much complicated I guess
isn’t that a new top?
well… a little plain
simply because it is another shade of blue
which is so school-children-like
let’s hope the mini pocket will help
thanks to the trip
suddenly my shopping expenditure of 2013
doubled overnight
buying something that I have to
hide underneath the closet
at least for the 3 months to come
summer trip!!
yeah baby,
tribal print and NBies
till then
don’t buy anything else alright
I guess I have what it takes to be
a tour guide
except the shopping part
they always tell you to beware of
tour guide who leads you to
certain factory, outlet etc etc
since they tend to “con” you into buying
so that they benefit from the commission
where on earth can you find another tour guide
who ended up doing her own shopping
totally putting her supposed task asides

Heritage Preserving X High Rises Buildings: Kinda-Balanced, KunMing
just like its weather,
the well-balanced Kunming
the past
the present
it was rebuild, after the destruction during war
what’s around it today
the heritage
the fusion
the “invaders”
you name it,
Maserati showroom, Cartier, LV Gucci
the tranquil
the busy
an electrical bike is the common mode of transport
mind you,
they are on the main road,
quite disregarding the traffic signals
on pedestrian walk,
sliding past you from the back, totally no sound at all
simply because,
it’s neither a bicycle nor a motorbike
the tall
the even taller
and all over the town
the sunny day
frankly speaking, I have not stepped my foot into
any of the huge malls
the cooling night
the Emperor’s
the commoners
the yesterday
the tomorrow,
the Metro lines are still under construction
only two stations are ready, as of Mar 2013
Airport – Western Bus Station
however, the public buses are really convenient
the local breakfast/lunch/dinner delight
the where-ever-you-go-i-M-here-for-you
sigh…highly-saturated fast food outlets
the localization
they also serve
pork-chop rice, red bean pie, seaweed soup
the exceptionally expensive,
simply because it’s HK style
and yet “super-relatively” small portion
the budget style,
yet tasting pretty good and
coming in a wide variety of flavours
as low as 3 for 10 RMB at Carrefour
as high as 10 RMB each, at tourist attraction
as reasonable as 6 RMB each, at the airport
ooppss,
did I just exposed how much I have eaten these
