Mum’s Kitchen: Best Bread ever

we have tried making bread

but this is the softest, fluffiest ever

even after days

recipe from Ohbin

mom was so addicted that

within a week

we actually made 3 times

experimenting with different flavours

but the main reason being is course

we are bread-eating people

the best is the coconut filling  

mixing everything together after some kneading boomzz.. shaping the buns after inserting filling ready for the oven

actually the ingredients are simple

sufficient time for the dough to rise

and effort on kneading the dough

will determine the “fate” of the bread

fresh from ovenwalnut topping     the shade of egg white looks artistic          fulliness

the softness and fluffiness

are contributed by some additives

so it’s like lack of real weight and taste

but for ours one,

they are soft yet compact

the solid bread

try compressing a loaf of bread

for a solid one

the shape will remain intact

but for the not so natural one

it will be twisted and deformed

and obviously shrink in size
