today made some potato sandwiches
to eat as dinner
spent one hour preparing them

it’s not as bland
as I have imagined
because the baby carrot is sweet

actually if you want to add more flavour
you may add pepper powder into the potato
or perhaps some egg
but i am not really an egg lover
