Stephelle Kitchen: Pumpkin Rice? Rice Pumpkin?

i have been wondering

how to cook my pumpkin

after consulting my mom on Sunday

(the only chance to communicate now)

finally came out with idea…

ingredients

unprocessed pumpkin 300 mg

rice 80g

carrot

seasoning

*

action time

steam the rice till it’s half cooked

add the seasoning

pour in the sliced pumpkin and carrot

skin the pumpkinshredded pumpkin, in 3 designsit's more like a rice pumpkin, rather than pumpkin rice

the 2nd serving at night

the rice and vegie are not in proportion

too much of vegie, too little rice

gave some to my neighbour, Small Boat

it’s edible at least

wow!!! the lighter shade is baby carrot
