I can’t even tell the difference

between chia and flax seed

millet and quinoa

and what the heck are

spelt grain and triticale and

also anthograin??

 

that dip..

another kitchen hack of mine 

lol it’s actually

canned baked bean in tomato sauce

blended into puree form
