the child in me never die
still watching children shows
or should I say pure toodler shows
teaching ABC, 123
Barney, Hi5
and I am not alone
I am watching with a friend of mine
and this one
Yo Gabba Gabba
premiering on 2008
it’s from Nick. Jr.
when I first saw it on TV
I thought it’s kinda silly
DJ Lance
the skinny guy who is
always moving his arms around
whenever he is talking
gosh he is too skinny
and the one-eyed Cyclop
is so scary
the format of the show remains the same
there is always a theme
you know the gang will do do something
then with clips of children in life in the middle
and some ABC, 123 short lessons
or even an artist drawing or demo some arts
and finally wrapping up with a song
I grew fonder of show
because there are loads of creative elements
not found in those old one
since the protagonist is a DJ
the music and dance are pretty cool
and the slogan is
listening and dancing to music is awesome!!!
and the music composed is closer to pop music
just that the lyric is much simplified
check it out
I Like To Dance / DJ Lance
Dancey Dance / Sean Kingston
Dancey Dance / Tony Hawk
Dancey Dance / Elijah Wood
Happy Birthday / The Ting Tings
but I guess toddlers don’t care
who these special guests are
it is us the adult… lol
hehe
this was the episode I watched yesterday
and guess who is this new friend
it’s Jack Black who came in riding a bike
and got lost in the Gabba World
oh it was so funny
and he ended up
