和趙會陽在一起後
突然對戀愛又又了重新的定義

到了我們這年紀
大家都將寧缺毋濫掛在嘴邊
就是說想認真地談戀愛
最好是談一場奔著結婚的戀愛

我承認有點時期我也是怎麼想
後來想想既然我是對婚禮婚紗
完全毫無追求的人
我何必去在意婚姻呢

後來也迷失了一段日子
其實戀愛和婚姻是不是應該分開

可能我不適合談戀愛 但我適合婚姻
可能我喜歡談戀愛 但我不適合婚禮
可能我兩者都不合適 就適合一個人

但是和他在一起以後
突然也沒想這麼多了
反而比較享受當下
被寵被愛的感覺比較多

婚姻這事嘛
反正要發生的始終會發生
可能會也可能不會

反正每次想到以後
我就不想去想了
只想明天醒來
他還在我身邊足以

所以我們也不玩
「老公」「老婆」的暱稱
只是偶爾玩玩
「相公」「娘子」罷了

他一直認為結婚就得買房
可我們連以後在哪裡住都不知道
談何買房呢
每次想到這裡 只想抱著他

世界上千千萬萬對戀人
我就不信我們不會好好的
大不了就在農村裡住

我反正寫到這裡
有點不知道我要寫啥了
可能就是想說

一輩子不長
既然選擇了在一起
那就得好好去經營

一輩子不短
既然選擇去經營
那就得做得最好

我決定我要守護你
無論我們最終會不會結婚
無論我們最終會不會有小孩

From in-Store X to Online: Finally Got’em Offline

Last Saturday

was at Orchard

bumped into this lovely dress

at Cotton on at 313@Somerset

 

yet gave it up

because the back doesn’t look good

and i couldn’t think of anything which

can look good with it except

going for backless stick on bras

isn’t that a Cotton On bralette, yes it is

 

Last Sunday

which was like the morning after

randomly walking along an overhead bridge

after our breakfast

i was suddenly hit by an idea that

 

hey there are better alternatives

caged bras, bralette with back details

or even bras with skinny back straps

 

was even scribbling it on my phone

to show my boyfriend

but since i had already missed it

never mind then

 

2 days later

Monday evening

was randomly looking for it on

Cotton On Malaysian site and found it

best of all, at half price

yup half of the one i tried in-store

 

but it came with

a minimum purchase of RM 200

in order to qualify for free shipping

so i got a few other items in there

 

and 5 of those

5 for RM 80 undies

two weeks ago

almost got these in-store

yet they were out of sizes

despite having quite a few

lovely designs in all-black

 

so initially

i put 5 of these in cart

yet in size L

then i remembered vaguely that

i didn’t buy those in store

because they were all

either too big or small

 

gosh

i can’t remember

so i decided to drop by

Cotton On today to confirm the size

before i proceed to checkout online

 

and guess what

i found the dress

last piece, one size smaller

and it looked less problematic

than the one i previously tried on

yet another pair of Cotton on bra

 

the one which had been put in cart too

didn’t buy it though

as it’s kinda too much “sheerness”

well.. being such a conservative person

 

and spent quite sometime here

as they have replenished their stock

and i managed to choose 5 at size M

all 5 by putting myself at the risk that

it may not fit at all (thank goodness it does)

 

loots of the day

the dress + 5 all-black

 

sorry no luck with

buying from the online site

and have to give up that

lovely towel and bikini top then

i didn’t know how these ended up

being in my cart too

partly to fulfill the minimum purchase

i guess that’s the danger of online shopping

 

as i was telling my boy

how i have gotten the dress

actually i did show it to him

yesterday when i found it online

 

and he owned up that

he was thinking to go buy it

at Somerset this weekend

 

probably he could have noticed

how i couldn’t get over the dress

like so badly

 

thank goodness i got it

before he does

for half the price

at a better fit

 

one of these days

Figure Can’t Lie X Yet Perfectly Fine: Crawling Through July

suddenly realized that

I still owe myself a summary for July

when half of the month is gone

i supposed that wasn’t good

 

it has been a low season

literally the lowest since

the year started

 

you know

back to the days

checking sales figure all the time

hoping it will kinda creep through

the minimum “wage”

 

yet it wasn’t really frustrating

as well..

you can’t really annoy

one who is madly in love

 

thank goodness

i wasn’t really busy

during our staycation

 

it feel kinda nice

being fed with food and water

while you are busy working

and see him falling asleep quietly

 

as i had extended the staycation

definitely unplanned

from three to five days

two days were spent

doing work at the sofa of

my cousin’s house at level 23

 

being home alone

one can get really bored

 

seriously..

can’t really recall what has taken place

probably because i had written

half of it in the post for June

Mid-Year Plateau X Then a Sudden Trough: Ju-on

 

the really bad day of

sickness – troublesome – network error

along with a few other deadlines

Where Almost Everything’s X Just Around the Corner: Malacca Sleepover

happened to have the opportunity to

explore two totally different types of

accommodations in Melaka

i.e. Suite vs backpacker hostel

 

Straits Hotel & Suite Melaka

 

weekend rate was at less than 300 MYR

with breakfast included

we sort of understand why

they have Sg Channel 5 on the TV

 

location-wise

it’s near the main shopping district

the tourist attractions are quite near

within walking distance for some

 

that was actually

my very first time of

staying at an paid accommodation

right at my hometown

i think i can see my own home

somewhere….. there

 

the other one was a short visit

to Troka Prewar Residence

somewhere in my neighbourhood

right opposite my favourite WTM

 

location-wise

a pretty decent neighbourhood

to explore on foot

well, of course,

see who’s staying here

 

not to mention

quite a bit of fooding and shopping done

mix of cafe, typical local, North Indian, street etc

FYI, brunch for two

 

Malacca is kinda strategic

as a meeting point when you have

friends coming from the Central

(KL/Klang Valley) vs the South (JB/Sg)

Vintage Outside X Contemporary Inside: Kam Leng Hotel

have been wanting to blog about this

Name: Kam Leng Hotel

Location: Jalan Besar, Singapore

Area: Bugis / Little India

 

Jalan Besar

kinda instantly fell for this part of Singapore

 

super convenient, loads food of variety choices

and a 24-hour supermarket

for someone like me (and my bf)

who enjoy shopping quite a bit

and have a feast in the room

 

bonus point

it was walking distance from

the bus terminal at Ban San Street

some call it the Queen Street Bus Terminal

for buses heading to/fro Malaysia

hence i actually walked from the terminal

 

not that near since the bus terminal

is at one end near Jalan Besar

yet Kam Leng Hotel is at the other end

but it’s walkable for me, 1.5km++

and passing by a lot of shops along the way

 

the really vintage decor

 

thank goodness

the room is a total contrast

bright, new, spacious

i topped up a little for Double Superior room

the white and blue color scheme was

one of the factors i made up my mind real fast

 

window is a must-have for me

and i enjoy opening them up

for some natural light and air

there are one, two, three of them

wait.. another one in the bathroom

 

the built-in closet is in the bathroom

suits me who usually

wash and hang clothes on-the-go

 

what i mean by a feast in the room

there were more in the fridge

 

one moment please

while previewing the file

having published it for a day

I just realized that there’s something which

is not supposed to appear in the scene

okay.. that looks way better

 

by the way

this was my booking via Traveloka

an Indonesian based online booking site

i discovered them from TV ad actually

 

and made use of their promos

to get extra 100 MYR off
